NOTE: Items longer than 8 feet such as handrail are required to ship "Less Than Truckload" or LTL Freight and will cost much more than standard ground shipping.
Shipping FAQ:
Shipping costs have increased since January and has caused us to raise our rates. Apologies for the extra expense that this is causing.
Orders will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days providing that all items are in stock.
Standard Ground is standard carrier, Fedex, UPS or USPS usually and will take 2 to 5 days to reach the destination (2 to 3 days is average).
Expedited shipping is not offered by default because occasionally items may need be manufactured or ordered to fulfill an order. This makes expedited shipping options dependant on inventory. If you do require a rush delivery, you may contact us so that we can check inventory and arrange to have your order expedited to you. Overnight delivery is usually very expensive and not worth it, but we have found 2 day options that are reasonable.
