Locates pilot hole on handrails and rail drops in order to attach Conect-A-Kit handrail fittings.

Features:

• Starts and tightens hex nuts onto rail bolts.
• Drives 5/16″ rail bolts.
• Tightens 1/2″ hex nuts.
